You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of deliverywith your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund — your choice.

How to Start a Return

3. 3Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be paid back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Need a different product instead? Let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange the swap once your original item is received.
